These are great work boots, so comfortable and good looking. I like the color and the sole. I don't recommend the shoe inserts. They are way too cushy, take up too much room, and make walking a little difficult I would definitely order them again.

Im used to wearing redwings in the natural gas industry 30 plus years ago. I still have a pair, of the logging boots, I paid $300 for them then. Logging boots are great, but not for yard commando work. Looking at red wings in the moc style, close to $300? Nah, so ordered these in the moc toe in dark brown in size 9, based on my merrel sizes I wear. And it’s a perfect fit. They come with an extra set of inserts that you place between the boot insole, which is cushioned. And the insert in the boot, and you’ll get a super snug fit. The leather seems to be of good, substantial quality, this is my first pair. So I cannot speak of longevity on these boots here. But the sole is thick and gives you a lot of bounce almost they’re so shock absorbing. If the leather lasts, and the boots fit on your feet well, then I can see getting them resoled when the sole wears thin. But, you can get a new pair of boots for what a sole job will probably cost you. But, you’ll have to break in a new pair. I’m excited to wear them and see how long they last, I’ll report back if any issues. ... show more

They're great boots, soft premium leather, comfortable and easily broken in. They come with 2 pairs of insoles which may be perfect for others, 1 for people with arched feet, and 1 for flat footed people. I have arches, but i felt like the heel on the insole was too thick. It felt like i was standing on a hill. I put insoles from my hiking boots in them and it made them perfect. This might not be an issue for some, but for me it cost them a star. Ordered two pair of these Sureway boots appear to be well made, stitching is of excellent workmanship, the Goodyear welt is a sign of a quality boot that is fairly priced. Feel just as good as Red Wangs, and will probably outlast them. My last set of 200.00 Red Wangs lasted seven months. Way to go Sureway, quality at a fair price. ... show more

These were a great!! Ordered size 9 and they fit perfectly!! Added water proofing but good value for money. They do seem a bit heavy but they are comfortable.

These are made from nice quality leather and have a very soft, cushiony foodbed. Required no break-in, I put them on the day they arrived, and wore them all day without any discomfort. They run wide, in my opinion. I’d say more like an EE than a D width. I normally wear a D (medium) width. I found these comfortable even though they were wide. ... show more
