While they are great skates I am upset that I trusted the listing info here and didn't dig deeper. The boots are not leather. That's the main reason I chose them. Now, I don't hate the skates. I quite like them actually. I'm just mad that I paid $160+ tax for vinyl boots as I definitely would have chosen the boardwalks instead. The rock nylon plate, the artistic wheels, all together make a great skate. I'm just mad that I took the listing as fact.

The media could not be loaded. I am very impressed with the quality and value of these skates! I purchased a "Chicago" pair and they were bulky, too big (9womens) and very heavy, with no support. Y'all when I unboxed my Sure grip skates the packaging alone amazed me! The quality of the material feels like butter! Lol. There is plush padding around the ankle, which makes these skates feel very comfortable. I purchased the 7(mens) 8 (woman) but I usually wear a 9 in womens. The size was a bit confusing but I took a chance and ordered a 7mens, needless to say THEY FIT LIKE A GLOVE!!!! Con: I'm not pleased with the printing on the wheels, and will try my best to get them replaced, because my OCD won't let me be great! Lol. I was told by the company this is their new print. Not true. Anywho I purchased a pair of outdoor wheels and upgraded my bearings. Overall with me never writing a review, I will say to sum things up... I love, love, love these Sure Grip skates!!!

I purchased these Sure Grip skates because my research showed that these were good for beginners and have a comfortable boot. I have a pair of Impalas but the boot is very uncomfortable so I needed to invest in a new pair of skates. The boot on these skates are wonderful and don't require a break-in period. However, as shown in the pictures attached, all 8 wheels have extraneous characters printed all over them. Also, the wheels are difficult to skate on. I use them only indoors (rink) as they are indoor wheels and have adjusted them but it requires a lot more effort to roll on them than my Impala hybrid (82a) wheels and has not gotten better with time so I question the authenticity of them.

I've been learning to dance on skate for about a month and finally made the jump to get my own since it's a must to progress. These came highly recommend by everyone in the skate community for exactly that. This is my initial reaction out the box although i have not skated in them yet. Pros: they are comfy, don't have to be broken in, they are supposed to last....Cons: I'm very upset with the lack of craftsmanship considering the cost of these. I can see the glue around the edges and print on the wheels are messed up. (Which I know should be clean and just say the brands name on them)...not gonna lie a bit disappointed.

Got them right before Xmas. Fit was good… price was cheaper then other deals online. Did some mods… look and feel great. Just make sure lol nuts and bolts are tight before use.

These fit great. I can fit a 9 - 10 in shoes, but seeing as my old skates were a 10 and were a little too loose, I decided to get this in a size 9. Because I'm a jb skater, I like a more snug fit, it makes moves, dancing, and steps easier. I replaced the stoppers with toe stoppers then adjusted the tightness of the wheels so they'd roll smother and I love them! highly recommend for anybody new to skating or experienced.

I took these out for the first time and they were a huge improvement over the chicago skate brand. The extra cushion inside of them was a nice touch. I wear a size 13 sneaker and ordered a size 13 skate. they fit perfectly and look good on my feet. keep in mind the wheels that come with these skates are authentic fame wheels, however they come with different graphics on the side. I would order from this company again.
