Clear instructions and a variety of hardware and small wrenches are all here, plus cosmetic features to hide/protect cords—clips and Velcro wraps. bought this for a 32" tv and works great, easy to install and feels sturdy. Just be sure to tighten the movement bolt on the back of the mount into the position you want so it doesn't move on you.

Like I said very solid for the price it fit two of my small tvs no problem. One thing I did like was the lag screws were Phillips head instead of a 10mm socked which was super convenient.
