I would give this chair zero stars if I could! BEWARE: DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CHAIR!!! It is a complete piece of junk! I wasted $174 plus shipping on this? After 2 months the wheels started falling off and they told me it was too late to return the chair. So they sent me a new wheel and then a couple of weeks later another wheel came off so I called again and they tried to send me another wheel. I explained that I am far too busy to be trying to bolt on new wheels throughout my day. Then he proceeded to tell me that maybe there was too much pressure on the chair (insinuating that I am overweight perhaps?) well I weigh 115 lbs. so if this chair can’t support that amount of weight then that is pathetic! So finally after explaining all of that they sent me a new base. Here we are a couple of months later and now a weld has broken on my chair and the seat cushion wobbles back and forth and makes a bunch of spring and pinging noises. Not even 6 months having this and it is ready for the trash! I am so disappointed that I spent good money on this piece of crap! Again, DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!!! ... show more

The chair is very comfortable however it came with no instructions and two broken parts. You would think after all of the negative reviews this would be fixed. I only purchased the chair because a friend of mine uses it and absolutely loves it. She purchased it from another company and definitely received instructions and no broken parts. I’ve messaged the seller so hopefully this can be resolved because the chair does have potential. I do lash extensions for hours straight and have been using a basic stool with no back support. I’m hoping once i get this chair fully together it will make my job less strenuous. I’ll be back to update my review once the seller responds. ... show more
