I've been pretty happy with supershieldz screen protector products, having used them on 3 phones in our family. However, this package for our iPhone 8+ came with a plastic guide that snaps on over the phone. After you clean everything, you just align the screen protector with the bottom of the guide and lay it down and it is perfectly centered and aligned. Loved it -- took seconds. The kits that use tape alignment can still result in misaligned protectors and take some time to get it setup right. This guide made the process go much faster with perfect results. Definitely worth getting over other brands that don't provide a plastic guide. The screen protector itself adhered nicely to the phone with no bubbles or lifted edges. Responsive to touch just like the bare screen and has held up well over the 2 months it's been on there. It does leave a little exposed edge along the phone so that your phone case has room to fit over the top of the phone without affecting the protector. Overall great value and product.     • Survived a drop from motorcycle
Had just put this on my phone the other day (Mar 25, 2024), to replace the one I've had on since October 2022. (Easy peasy to slap on real quick.) We went out for a spin on the motorcycle last night. Stopped in at Publix and I forgot to take my phone out of my pocket and secure it when I got back on the bike. All of a sudden noticed I didn't have it a couple miles down the road. We located it with Find My and the screen had white divots in it from hitting gravel or whatever. My husband thought it was toast.
