Always used pellets in my solo stove mesa. They took some effort to get burning. Once burning well, adding more tended to extinguish the fire. This wood burned great and clean and continued to burn well when adding more.

I will use this to light fires in a wood stove. I lit one in my shop on a concrete floor. Amazingly it burned extremely strong for 30 minutes and had a total flame time of 34 minutes. I believe these will be be my new go to. No more paper kindling and blowing.
