These things are so easy to use! I bought these for my 84 year old grandfather to try in his wood stove located in his home and he loves them! Just called me to ask me to order him more! He used to use duraflame logs and he would break them in half to use. Compared to those, he’s getting about five starters for the price of two of that brand. I would highly recommend. Im going to buy us a small bag to use when camping. :) Worth every penny!

This is my second winter using this product. Tried a few others, but they were lacking in starting and maintaining the fire. These nuggets light easily and burn long enough to ignite and sustain a burning fireplace fire with just 3 nuggets/fire. Depending on how often you burn, a single bag may get you through the winter, but I burn pretty often, so sometimes I purchase a second bag later in the winter.

I bought these because they said they were XXL. They cost more than the last batch I got which are too small and fall out if the bottom of my unit after lighting. These are the exact same size. They look to be exactly the same as the inexpensive brand I bought before. If you don’t have to worry about your haystack falling below your coals, and most won’t, these are probably fine for you. Just don’t believe they are larger than competitors’s brand because of the XXL moniker
