I originally had some Lexip skates that were rounded and super smooth but due to the half sphere design, they were hard to manage certain mouse movements without sort of tilting, especially on the Basilisk Ultimate, it would easily tilt back on the round skates sort of popping a wheelie but not with these bad bois, I saw these glass skates for the viper a few years ago and was sad to see it not available for my mouse so you can imagine my surprise when I saw these pop up as a recommendation! Do not hesitate, buy them, they are literally game changing, movement is soooo much nicer now, infinitely better than the PTF skates that mice seem to always come with that's for sure! ... show more

    • Very slick, maybe too slick for some.
These things are smooth as....well glass. If you have a hard mouse pad like I do this thing moves with nearly no resistance. It is going to take some getting used to because as of now it is slightly difficult to be precise with how slick the movement is now.

Smoothest I've ever experienced. Such an incredibly low amount of friction that until they wear down just a little bit, you will have a hard time double or even single clicking things on your desktop without accidentally wiggling your mouse and dragging instead.     • Probably the best mouse skates, just not for everyone
I've never used custom mouse skates, but my cousin insisted I should try them, so I did. It makes your mouse almost feel like it's floating on your mousepad, which makes it feel great to move around. However, if you haven't used glass mouse skates before, you will not be able to click ANYTHING. Even just clicking is enough force to move your mouse, so double clicking is pretty difficult. Once you've used them for awhile, you get used to it, but you definitely can't lazily hold your mouse, you have to grip it. Don't know if my aim has improved, but it definitely feels nice to aim with. ... show more

Honest review, before buying the skates, it was harder to flick, obv due to the fact it’s 106g and yet after buying these skates, they glide so smooth across my mousepad and yet I can still move my mouse so well without issue, no resistance.
