I purchased this to use as a pantry in my very small kitchen with limited storage space. The box/instructions recommend having assistance; however, I didn’t have anyone to help so I did it alone. I would recommend having someone to help if you do have someone; however, it’s possible alone (I’m a single female). I’ve put together many a bookshelf/cabinet/dresser etc. You definitely need patience and time for this cabinet. I had to look at the picture instructions (there aren’t words) a few times on some of the steps, before I understood what they were saying. All together, it took about an hour or so for me to get it set up. It feels sturdy and was able to hold all my pantry items. The door is a little tricky and you have to make sure to push it all the way in before you turn the handle to latch it closed. I don’t plan on using the lock feature, but it does work. I am 73 years old and did the assembly by myself! That's how easy it is! The schematics were a bit confusing, but from unwrapping to having a great looking closet took just about 2 hours. Just 1 piece of warning: the box is super heavy. That's the only part I needed help with.

We’ve had this storage cabinet for three months. When we first received it, the cabinet was bent and we had to force a couple of pieces together. I guess that can happen when shipping an aluminum can. First the top clip on the right hand side broke and fell into the door. It’s not retrievable. So the door wouldn’t stay shut. Then yesterday the door fell off completely on its own. It’s not over loaded and has nothing in the provided pockets except for some dog poo bags. The metal bar that holds it in its place at the bottom must’ve snapped. So now the door on the right is standing next to the cabinet. We may try to retro fit something so the door will at least stay up and on. Do not recommend at all. ... show more
