I am big on safety as we old folks over 50 begin to realize, that fitness doesn't completely stop aging LOL! The Army, rightfully, trains the deadlift on a hex bar. No pain no gain? No back pain, lift another day! The same is true with push-ups. These handles prevent my wrists from improperly flexing and given carpal tunnel is always a fear for those of us who use computers all day - my workout again - should not incur pain indicative of damage. It increases activation of the core and lessens the tendency to stress shoulders. And of course, sit-ups on the ball are amazing core burners (burn not pain). For those under 50, start now! These push-up handles are great if you want to work your chest more. I used to do regular push-ups, but they always seemed to hit my shoulders more, or my triceps would give out before I felt anything in my chest. These stands really make a difference. They target your chest, help you get stronger, and improve your technique. The gym ball is useful too. I started with the easier exercises and now I can even hold a plank while balancing on the ball. It’s a good product overall. The only thing I’d suggest is adding more exercises to the description. Definitely recommend!

I have to say, this is one of the best investments I've made in training equipment in a long time. The push-up stands and gym ball combo is awesome for a full-body workout. I now do more exercises targeting the chest and core, and can actually see the difference in the mirror. The set doesn't take up much space and was reasonably priced, so I'm pretty happy with it. I also like the colors 😊.

This product is great for training your core and easing into push-ups. I was looking for something to help with strength and mobility training, and this was perfect. The push-up handles feel good to the touch and take the pressure off my wrists during push-ups or splits, which really helps with discomfort. I usually do beginner push-ups with my legs on a gym ball, but I feel like I'll be ready for more advanced exercises after about a month. Plus, the price is pretty awesome—you basically get two items for the price of one.

I especially need the handles because my wrist joints are painful during push-ups. I usually feel pain when I impose weights on my wrist joints in dorsiflexor postures. I don't have enough strength to bear the weight using fists, so the handles really help. I can grab the handle with the postures as those who exercise using their fists. I don't have any comments about the ball since I am still using my old one.

This seems like a bit of an odd pairing for exercise items, but, hey, if you want some rotating pushup handles and an exercise ball, these are just fine. Exercise ball inflated just fine and seems sturdy enough and I really like the pushup handles. Whenever I try to do pushups on the ground my wrists start hurting, so it was nice to have something to keep the pressure in the center of my hand and having the ability to rotate while doing the push up is a little more ergonomic. The pushup handles rotate well and seem like they're on ball bearings and additionally have some grips on the bottom to make sure you don't slide on the floor. Overall, it's a nice set if you're interested in having both items.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted some kind of push-up assist for a long time and was pretty happy to find this set. The gym ball looked like a good addition to the push-up stands for the price. After using them together, I gotta say, it's actually cool. I haven't worked my chest out like this in forever. Plus, my kids love playing with the gym ball. All in all: great!
