Easy to take out of the box it’s one piece. The only thing you have to put on is the joystick controller, connect the Battery together, plug it in and charge. Was ready to go in one hour it moves real quick. The joystick is easy to use has a horn when you’re in the back up mode it beeps I like the foot rest because it’s one piece and flips up real easy to get in the chair and push it down to put both feet together, extremely comfortable rear wheels have brakes. It’s not just on one side. It’s on both sides there is a locking mechanism so When it’s open it won’t fold up on you. Not an expensive model, but it’s really worth the money ... show more

Not Stable or sturdy enough and I only weigh 125 lbs, I kept it until my Physical Therapist said she felt it was unsafe. I have Parkinson's disease and the joy stick was too loose for me to control. My PT did not come to check it until August 15. I did not think it had to be returned until August 17 which is 30 days after it was delivered but the allowable return ended on the August 15. It was delivered on July 18. I have tried to reach the seller through my email and Amazon has tried as well, but to no avail. It is a shame that disabled people get treated this way! ... show more

    • Good Quality, with a Couple Serious Issues
The overall quality of this machine is very good. It is sturdy even under a heavy load {myself at220 lb}. I bought this for my 97 year old mother, who is 5'1" tall and only 115 lbs, so it handles her quite easily. There are a few issues that are a problem though. The folding foot shelf is way to high and is non adjustable. Even at her small height, her legs are way too high when using the foot shelf. The other issue is that the speed in the slowest position is still way too fast for indoor use. The slow speed should be at least half what it actually is. Otherwise, it is a very nice electric wheelchair. However, I may have to return it just because of these two important problems. My mother has already hurt herself by running into everything. It is just way to jerky and cannot be moved slowly. If I do keep it, I will have to make a new foot shelf that is at least two inches lower than the stock one. If I can't figure out how to make it slower in the slowest setting, it may have to be returned as well. Too bad, it is almost perfect. ... show more

    • Problem with returning
I have made multiple attempts to contact the seller. I am 77 and have an above the knee amputation. I cannot safely get into this chair with the foot rest down. To raise the foot rest it goes under the seat so once I sit down I can’t lower it, the description says replacement or refund. But they are telling me is that I have to pay for shipping it back. Nowhere in the description does it say that. I really don’t like leaving negative reviews and believe this is the first one I have ever left on Amazon . I have dealt with the Amazon. People have been very helpful and they have tried contacting and explaining the situation but to no avail. ... show more

    • UNCOMFORTABLE
was dissapointed in chair. Requires daily charging . NOT much power. It pales in comparison to my ''Comfy-go''.The cushion we bought makes me slide forward . The feet pegs are ridiculous for any one in a wheelchair. Just lots of problems. Very dissatisfied

The foot test is to high to sit comfortably in the chair. Even in low speed still a little to fast for me.
