This photo was taken facing east at noontime on a cloudy day -- too much light gets through; it was even brighter in the morning. The quality of the fabric and the print are nice, but it's definitely not a blackout curtain. Returned for an actual blackout.

I had shopped at a local department store for replacement drapes that had been sun bleached. The colors and quality of these draperies are just what I was looking for. They are a nice accent to the room and furniture, and block the light when necessary.

These drapes are good quality, much nicer than I had expected. They were virtually wrinkle free right out of the package, I just ran a slightly warm iron over them before hanging. They’re not fully room darkening but that isn’t an issue for me, I was more concerned with how they look on my windows. I expect they will keep out some summer heat however. They have a white backing which I prefer as I don’t like to see the pattern from the outside of the window. I did add a valance as my windows are quite wide Honestly, they look as though I paid much more for them, the fabric is soft and they hang nicely on the curtain rods. I like to change up my curtains/drapes often so for the price, I’m very satisfied. I have to admit, I’m very picky when it comes to curtains and I’ve returned many pairs. The media could not be loaded. Love these curtains! Nice quality, thick, do well blacking out sunlight. Match the product pictures and description. They are also easy to wash and hold the laundry scent nicely which makes the entire room smell good. I just hang them back over the windows to dry. I added a single more sheer curtain in the center to allow more light when desired while maintaining privacy. Video doesn’t quite do justice for the blackout aspect as not all other windows were fully closed, but it gives you an idea. ... show more
