It is not the slim looking covers you will find around from other makers, it is a tad bulky, however vey protective and the key attach points have not broken like they have on the slim units I have purchased. This is exactly what I was looking for in a case. The case is pretty slim and not too bulky. The color is good and has not faded whatsoever from when I bought it. The heat vents on the back are a rougher cut out and can feel a little rough on the fingers at first but seem to have worn down and are not bad now. All the plugs are perfectly accessible. I have always been a fan of this brand and they did not disappoint with this case.

A little tricky to get firmly snapped on, but took all of 5 minutes from unboxing to complete. Definitely like the look - enough classic MBP still showing, but rugid corners and edges. No drops yet, but it looks like it would definitely reduce or prevent damage to my expensive device. Used for 1 month now. Holding up well.

3rd day I am using this case and so far I like it. The thick side bumper make me feel (for now) that it can handle an accidental bump/drop. But it will not happen anytime soon under my care. You have to pay attention to details when installing this such as the orientation such as the Supcase logo should be the same as the Apple and which holding tab should go first when installing. I already threw out the instruction paper and forgot to take photo of it. Time and fall will tell if this case can handle small accidents. I am hoping the clear plastic will not scratch that fast and its made of hard pastic. I have bought a lot of different cases before for my old MBP and my wife’s MBAs. My wife like those cheap clear ones and it only lasted a year and it starts to crack (brittle). This one looks a tough one. I have anothee brand for my old MBP and it still has after 7 years of usage and still no cracks but shows a lot of wear (scratches). Based on this initial test/review I will recommend this. If Amazon will allow me in the future to update this review then I will let you know.
