My daughter actually picked this backpack out after her old backpack (Jansport) gave out from all the weight of books/binders/Chromebook)etc. Side question- why are kids lugging around such heavy backpacks?? They're like 30-40lbs! What happened to lockers????? Anyway, when it arrived it looked far too small. Her old bag was big with a bunch of compartments. I honestly thought we'd have to return it, until she filled it up with everything she needed and still had room. If you're an elder millennial like me and remember watching Mary Poppins, this is the modern day version for when they eventually do a remake. Also, the bag itself weighs far less than her old one, which was a huge plus. She said it's comfortable, lighter, the padded shoulder straps feel good and durable, and it doesn't look that beat up after half a year. I'll gladly buy another whenever this one wears out, but I don't think that will be any time soon.

Between me and my kids we have gone through about every type of backpack you can think of for a daily use type situation and this one seems to beat pretty much all the others. First it is pretty much the perfect size, big enough for my laptop and not so big and heavy as a camping backpack. Second is it takes about 2 seconds to adjust it, if you ever had one of those with 5 or 6 places to try to adjust a backpack you can feel my pain, I put it on, pull 1 strap on each size and DONE. Third is that while marketed as waterproof I am not sure about that but unless you plan on throwing it into your pool or a river it is going to keep your stuff dry if you get caught in the rain, which is what I was looking for in a backpack. Throw in it has one of the most useful and easy to use USB connections of any of the other backpacks I looked at, 1 cable attached to a solid outside connector and the inside cable long enough that you won't pull it loose if you happen to run or turn quickly. Overall this is near perfect for daily use so for that reason it gets 5 Stars from me.

The bag is great, or so we thought. It comes with two zippers and was unzipped when it arrived. I didn’t think anything of it and dropped it off to be monogrammed for my son. We got it back and he went to close it and one zipper worked and one didn’t. One could say it was broken by my HS son, or the shop it went to, but I disagree. The zipper works in some spots and doesn’t on other. If you purchase it, check the zipper before you personalize it.

I bought this backpack for my niece’s birthday cause seems to be a great choice is a very nice looking, functional and stylish option for carrying her laptop and other essentials to college. It’s very lightweight, colorful design and sturdy construction, I believe it will hold up well over time. One of the standout features of this backpack is the USB charging port, this one is very useful it will allow her to charge her phone or iPad easily on the go, the backpack also has a good amount of space, the main compartment is spacious and can easily fit a 15.6-inch laptop, while the smaller front compartment has plenty of room for a tablet, phone, or other accessories. Additionally, there are several smaller pockets throughout the backpack for storing items like pens, keys, and wallets. Overall, this is a reliable and functional backpack for their daily needs, lightweight, the USB charging port and spacious storage compartments make it a great choice plus I really like the style and colorful design.
