Oh wow! This pillow is so nice! I bought a cheaper one last year and never liked it. It is much softer, the flap that goes over the chair is much longer so it stays in place even if you don’t use the Velcro. It has equality zippers so that you can take the cover off and wash it. And the inside pillow also has a zipper so that you can adjust the filling. I am very pleased with this product and the price.

This pillow wasn't quite as firm as I'd prefer (to be fair I like pillows like solid foam). However, its not just one of those cheap pillows stuffed with polyester fiber and chip-bag air. It has a long "tail" to go behind the chair you have it on so it doesn't slide down. I'm 5'7" and the tail is long enough that I can use it as lumbar support too. There are velcro strips so you can attach it more securely (one velcro sticky strip to put on the chair, and one stays on the cushion tail, see photo). I haven't used them yet. I like to move it around to different chairs, and its pretty secure without using the velcro, so anything extra the velcro adds would just be a bonus.

Well made and perfect for my bad neck but it warms the body up. I can only use it for a short while before taking it off to cool down. I’m sure it’ll be great in the winter. Also, the sticky Velcro strip doesn’t stay in place.

My neighbor didn’t like this, but I tried it and I absolutely love it so I’m keeping it but I like the most about it is that you can move it anywhere on your recliner in the back you can put it on your lower back in the neck anywhere you need it most and that’s what I like. The smell was a little bit. I went ahead and let it aired out and it worked out great It’s not that hard foam. It’s a soft very comfortable.

This pillow has great quality. The pillow cover is made of that material that stays cool and is very silky in texture. The cushion is memory foam and very easily adjusted to your specific neck shape. I love that you can take the pillow out and wash the pillow cover. You can also change the foam out of the pillow if that becomes worn or smelly. It has a Velcro patch that can attach to the back of any chair. I wish the company could’ve sent multiple patches which could allow you to use the pillow in multiple places. The pillow also has 2 pockets on the back for storage where you can store remotes or wires. Overall comfortable pillow.
