UPDATE.. may 2024...still holding up! Still looking great! No tears! I waited to write this review so I could be honest. This is my 2nd winter with the fence fabric up. The fabric has held up excellent except if it gets caught on anything like tree branches etc. I bought a grommet kit so I could customize it to run up and down the hills. The grommets have not rusted. Only 1 grommet ripped out and that was due to my installing it too tight on the fence. The zip ties broke the 1st winter ( I put it up in the summer of 2021) I even bought so-called stronger zip ties and they also broke due to weather and strong winds. So I bought some thin corded rope and tied the fabric down the next summer and left the zip ties in place for added protection. It was tedious but well worth the effort. I also decided not to attach the fabric too tight so it was able to flex some when it gets windy. Works great now! Pros: yard looks nice and private all the time. Cons: A little pricey not completely private. You can still see through it. Zip ties are worthless. Need to adjust for uneven ground. So...to sum this all up to make your fabric last a long time with minimal problems, do the following Do not fasten the fabric to the fence by pulling the fabric tight. It might look good but eventually you will have to constantly repair the broken zip ties. Tie the fabric to the fence with a thin corded rope instead of relying on zip ties alone. I hope this helps in making your decision. I do recommend this product and I am not getting anything for this review.

Put this up to block my puppy from barking at everything he could see. Easy after noon install. I purchased tent pegs to do along the bottom. Ty wraps across the top. Had one eyelet pull out during a good wind and rain storm but that was an easy fix. Has held up well to the wind and weather otherwise. Been up since October 2024 still as nice as the day of install. Also has cut down on the weeds that grow inside the fence. It can be seen through at certain times of the day, depends on the sun light behind it. Works to keep my dog from being a nuisance. 5 stars.

Its been a year and it looks the same as when I initially installed it. The only thing of note is it teared on one of the sides but that my have been from me adjusting it/ the wind. It can be a little see through depending on the sun but it does provide nice privacy. I have re-ordered this product twice and plan to finish the perimeter of my yard. This is a good cheap way to get some privacy. Side note: To make a cheap fence I recommend using hog wire, fence stakes and privacy screen fence. You can stack the hog wire to adjust the height and ziptie the privacy screen fence to it.
