They are great for carports but now there are many duck tape patches. The frames are sturdy and well designed- we will need to get new covers before next winter.

The poles are well-made and of a good quality metal. We think it should hold up in the winter months. The cover has a few pinprick holes so not sure on how well it will stand up to weather. We will see. The instructions do say 2 or more people needed to assemble and they are correct. I say at least 3-4 people to work on putting it up is best. We ordered it to use as a sunshade on a deck. It fits but if the measurements on our deck were a little larger it would have been easier to assemble. My husband did it alone and it took a lot of time. Compared to sunshades being sold this is a huge improvement on the quality of the heavier poles. If the cover itself makes it through the year we will be happy. ... show more

Delivery was super fast. It was really easy to piece together but it took two of us to do it. Everything was pretty straight forward, we didn’t need the instructions. We didn’t use the stakes either (very cheap, just toss them). We used our own stakes for the side that was in dirt and used weights for the side that was on concrete (see photo). Once built, it’s pretty solid. The bungee’s provider are nice quality. The tarp had a few slight rips in it so I’m not sure how long it’ll last but if it gets us through the summer monsoon, I’ll be happy. This carport was one of the easiest things I've ever put together. It says you need two people, but I did it all by myself, so it can be done. I added a 6' x 20' tarp that I bought separately on the far side to block the neighbors and give me a little more privacy. All in all great product at a reasonable price. I'm very happy with my purchase. REvision: I still love the carport, but I have noticed a couple of holes in the canopy. Unfortunately there is no way to contact the manufacturer, but they do sell replacement canopies on Amazon for around $120.99. Amazon was gracious enough to credit me that amount on my original purchase so I could buy the replacement canopy. Thank you Amazon for putting your customers first. ... show more

Heavy box! Need assistance moving to your spot. Assemble where you will place it. Assemble the top first ( you can do that solo). Put tarp on roof edits adding the kegs. You will need A second pair of hands when you add the legs. Don’t bother using the steaks provided they are garbage instead, Euromaxx tent stakes here on Amazon , for less than $20 they have pointed ends at her work well in Rocky or gravel works like a charm! ... show more

Overall the poles are built well and it is easy to setup. Replaced the stakes with sturdier ones which helped but the cover ripped in a couple of places in just three weeks of purchase from mild winds.

    • Surprisingly easy to assemble
This was surprisingly easy for two of us to put together. Easier than, say, an ikea dresser. We did it in the dark by the light of a car’s headlights. The parts are sturdy and seem well made.
