This has been a great indoor waterfall.. pretty much the center piece of my house. I've gone through a few pumps over the years but finally found the perfect one about six months ago. You have to maintain it and clean it out in order for it to last. I've beaten it up over the years cleaning it and have made a couple modifications to it but overall it's awesome. I also had to drill in new holes when I first bought it because the pre-drilled holes were drilled in the wrong spot and it was preventing the waterfall tubing to align correctly so you may need to consider having a drill if you buy this waterfall. I also never write reviews which is a testiment to how much I love this waterfall.. compelled enough to write about it.

We have purchased several of this type in the past. We love them and replace them when they get old. This model is really exceptional. Has a wider spout and looks great. We always have to adjust the spouts on the other ones. great product. Update in September 2019. Have had 2 for several months. The pumps on these are not as good as the pumps on previous fountains made by another manufacturer. They clog VERY easily and I have to clean them twice a week. We swapped out the pumps and W.O.W. SO much better. the flow is great, sound of the fountain is much better. I still think this model is made better and will last. But my suggestion to purchasers is get a better pump. Suggestion to the manufacturer is lose the poor producing pumps.

Only had it one day so far. It arrived packaged fine, no damage and easy enough to unpack. It went together OK and it works fine. Only complaint, one of the 4 threaded studs required to assemble the barrels was defective. The threads were damaged and could not be used. I had to make a trip to the hardware store to get a new one. Annoying, but repaired fairly easily.

I really love this thing. The sound of the water running down is so relaxing. It goes together quickly, the pump works really well, and it looks great. My only complaint - and this is probably impossible - is I wish there was a plug on the bottom to let the water out. Only because when you want to empty and clean it, you have to be really careful how you tilt it over because the water is very heavy and, let's face it, this isn't made to be moved with the water in it. Other than that it's great.

The manual had no written instructions only pictures. So one has to use their imagination to assemble it. The two top barrels were unstable and could easily fall foreword, so I corrected the issue by installing one bracket at the back base of the two top barrels. One the plus side the fountain is attractive.

For how much money this cost it’s a bummer it only lasted for 2 years before it was in the trash. The black metal bands rusted and became a sharp dirty hazard to the kids. For two years they loved it so much. We had goldfish in the bottom tier. Wouldn’t buy it again.
