The top ball is super thin of material. Internally you can see that the material is super thin (1mm) in some areas and clumpy in others. We have had to repair it already after only having it for 3 months. The color faded within The first month. The 3 levels are not level with each other, so it is impossible to level the fountain. The foot is not level to the base pool, which is not level to the other pools so it’s your best guess which side the water is going to come out. Algae is a big issue but unlike the concrete ones it is unclear if you can use bleach to clean out the algae.

Assembly time was literally 5 minutes. I was concerned the product would be flimsy, but it’s durable, and still light enough to lift easily as a complete unit. I elevated the fountain with two layers of decorative blocks to give some added height. It’s a beautiful addition to my courtyard.

I was able to assemble this in about 15 minutes. From delivery to plug in only 15 minutes. So far working great and looks like an expensive concrete fountain. Hope it keep it color out in the sun.

The item arrived when and as expected. It set up very fast and worked on the first try. The water falling noise is great. It does splash some - shows significant lowering of water level in a few hours. The top of the fountain was broken and cracked. The manufacturer sent a replacement as within a day of being made aware of the problem. So far I'm very please with my purchase.
