Absolutely love our fountain. Read reviews and was prepared for lighter color, which actually is our preference. Had concrete pad installed first, probably mistake. Fountain base probably better in the ground. Had to scramble around to find similar stone to cover back bottom. Looks really great now with mulch covering concrete and rock around base. ... show more

I purchased this fountain a few years ago. Had problems with the pump and lights immediately. I contacted them today to purchase a new pump as it has gone out again. They said they had discontinued the pump and lights set. So my expensive water fountain is now useless. If you want to save yourself a headache do not order this fountain. With them it seems to be all about the sale; no service or support. After informing me that my pump had been discontinued, they did offer me an 11% off coupon on my next purchase; like that would happen. ... show more
