One of the best purchases that I have ever bought! It is just as described. Love the height it fits perfectly between a pigmy date palm and giant bird of paradise. Color is just as shown and the flow of water is perfect. It has two separate plugs - one for the fountain and the other for the lights and both are quite large.I have a receptacle for two plugs but both will not fit in it....I do plan to change it out so that both plugs can be accommodated. Easy to install (no real preparation, pretty much "plug and play"). The color is pretty much exactly as shown. The basin holds a lot of water and I have found rarely needs replenishing. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a lovely fountain with a very pleasing sound. Had some family over and all were impressed and would love to get one of their own but for the cost, it's just a little too much for them. For me the cost is well worth it!

I received this item right away. It was already put together and easy to move since it wasn't that heavy. It took some time to hide the cord which is rather unsightly. I love the sound of the flowing water. It calls for distilled water and it takes a lot of it to keep it going. My biggest complaint was very poor instructions on maintenance, how to store it, how to empty the water in the winter, how much water to start with, how to clean it etc. etc. etc. We called the company with some of these questions but got little help.

(Update: the company did the right thing and mailed out anew pump at no charge.) Bought in late May. Finally set up in backyard in June. It’s early July and the pump stopped working! It stopped a few times previously, but we were able to get it going again (although we should not have had to do this—especially after such a short period of time). Reached out to the company throughout Amazon and hoping they are responsive and do the right thing!

It is a bit pricey, but so far it is definitely worth it (only had it for a few days). Nice water sound, and it doesn't really look plastic. Just an FYI -- if you look closely at the picture, you can see black brushes sticking up at the place where the water falls (2nd and 3rd level). I wasn't expecting that, and wondered why they were there -- perhaps to keep the water clean and/or to smooth the flow of the water. Not sure. Can't really see them at night, though. Anyway, so far so good. If anything goes amiss, I will definitely post an update.

I was very disappointed that the lighting system went out after only a month. I am having trouble finding the short. I am happy to say the company acknowledged the problem and replace the defective part. They were responsive and i appreciate that.
