We attempted to purchase this fountain twice through Amazon, but each time the item got progressively more damaged/unusable during the shipping process. Both times we had to schedule UPS to come to pick it up for a return, and we were disheartened so much by the experience that we felt a third attempt would not produce any better result. This was an unfortunate outcome for us because the fountain, if it would have arrived undamaged, would have been a highly attractive capstone to our little garden. We have chosen to look elsewhere for a suitable water feature replacement.

Well, the material is real but it leaks! The basic in resin coated and looks like it should hold water but it doesn't. The clock second hand does not move and the the clock just hangs by one pin and the other two don't seem to fix anywhere. It would be fine but as it is, I expect the pieces to fit and work, much better than they do. The pump works but not a good flow. I would like to send in back.. But, the packing box had to be destroy to get the fountain out of it. Now I don't have a packing box.

First fountain received with broken clock. Company shipped replacement clock mechanism, that does not work either. In addition, the flow of the water is too low: can’t hear and barely see. So, I’m left with a clock fountain that can’t keep time.

Stunning fountain. Pleasing waterfall sounds. A little tricky to assemble as holes did not align easily, but the final results were worth the effort!!!
