This fountain replaces a similar item that was around ten years old, so I'd expect the same long life on this new one. One minor flaw is the mounting hole in the back, it's tapered and doesn't fit the hook on the wall as nicely as the previous model, but not a big deal. The pumps included with these fountains have a typically short lifespan from my experience. I end up getting around two years max before replacing them.

The media could not be loaded. I did a LOT of research before purchasing this fountain for my screened porch. I had found several models on another online home furnishings type web site, starting with the letter W. But Amazon had a few of the same models, not as good as selection, but definitely better prices so I tried to find one here instead. The pros: Arrived fast, lightweight, easy to install, pump self-explanatory. You have to make sure that wherever you hang it, your screw or nail goes into something strong and sturdy enough to accommodate the fountain once it is filled with heavy water. On the side of the under water pump, there is a teeny tiny switch that has about 4 stops, which regulates the force of the pump. Attractive finish, the faux stone is semi passable and decorative. The sound from the fountain is lovely and soothing, as long as it's on low speed, more on that later. The Cons: The pump cord as well as the water tubing is very obvious. Too bad they didn't design a little bit of an overhang or something to partially obstruct the pool of water in order to hide these elements better. I keep a rock in mine which sometimes help hold the tubing down a bit. If you have the pump speed set on high, the water is quite forceful and causes a lot of splashing, enough to always have a 30 inch radius wet surface below and around the fountain. When it's on Full Speed it's also rather loud, making conversation difficult if you are close by. On the lowest speed, it's barely a trickle and unfortunately the in between suddenly goes to almost full force. I keep mine at one notch above the lowest which means it doesn't always come out of all three spouts, sometimes just two - but that's okay. I have my fountain on a screened porch (see pic and video), so it's important to not have it so loud to completely disrupt conversation. But if you hung it outside in your yard or garden, full force would be okay and not as obtrusive because you wouldn't be sitting quite so close. Lastly, not much you can do about the big fat black ugly power cord. But if you place a 4 ft high plant (such as a fern or small Palm) just below to sort of camouflage the cord, your plant will be extra happy because it will constantly be sprayed and hydrated. In hot weather, don't forget to check and refill your fountain every other day, it's amazing how quickly water evaporates! Come winter time, it is my intention to take down and store the fountain during cold/ freezing weather, and return to its place in the spring. All in all, I do love my little Fountain and enjoy listening to the trickling water. But with a few design tweaks this could be a beautiful Five Star product.

UPDATE: Seller apparently saw my review (below) about the finish that wore off. They contacted me and offered a replacement or refund. I chose the replacement because I really like the fountain. They recommended that I spray it with sealant. The replacement arrived very quickly, I sprayed it well with sealant and it is still (a few months later) looking great. The inside which I didn't spray very well, is peeling some but it doesn't affect the beauty of the fountain. I'm very pleased, so am changing my rating. This WAS a beautiful fountain. I loved it UNTIL the finish started wearing off of it every time it got wet or I touched it. The outside finish has worn off almost totally and it looks horrible. Still works great but it looks like crap. I'm going to try spray painting it and I hope that will save it. Sure is disappointing. I thought it was a winner at first.

Arrived well-packed, SUPER easy to set up, fill with water and enjoy! The many birds in my backyard love to stop by and take a drink - humming birds, too! The water flow is adjustable, so you can have a soft trickle or louder cascading waterfall sound. This is my second fountain purchase, and I add a little water daily and a few drops of hydrogen peroxide directly into the bowl to prevent algae and that "fishy" fountain smell - it's not harmful to birds either.

Just got it up on the outside wall. Easy to attach the pump and get it ready for the water full. I did have to work on the fountain hanger a bit as there was some resin that I had to remove before the screw would fit properly in it but it all worked out and it sounds wonderful!

This is a great fountain! I was hoping to hang it on my vinyl siding with special hooks. I thought with a few hooks I could distribute the weight. This basically comes with a single triangular hole in the resin- so it can only be held up by a nail or screw in the wall. I kept it and am using it on a table.

This fountain is perfect! I had been looking for the perfect fountain for our patio. We didn't want a big one on the ground. This one hangs & is super easy to install. I used distilled water in mine to help the life of the pump. We wanted a fountain that we could hear the water noise. If that is what you're looking for, this is it. It's actually maybe a tad louder than I expected, but that is ok, I like the sound of running water. It does splatter a little, so you may need to move chairs away a bit. Where mine are at in this picture, they don't get wet from it. I think it's made well, low maintenance & I love the color (this is the limestone).

There is one thing I dislike, and there is no way I can fix this issue. There are three points in the middle water bowl where the water flows out into the main tank. When facing the fountain from the front, the right flow channel does not flow nearly as well as the other two. This is because the resin is higher leading up to that flow channel. Therefore I have to either run the pump at a higher rate than I would prefer, our have to live with that water channel producing a slow very erratic output. I am afraid to file down the resign as it could ruin the fountain . The fountain also splashes some water. Although not ideal, this is not a serious problem.
