    • Expensive but looks real so I am Happy.
The media could not be loaded. Very nice fountain, I had to put some plant grass behind it to cover a space I had between a tree and the outlet because the back is shaped like rocks but pretty flat straight down. The fountain is expensive should have been 350ish but there were no realistic fountains that I liked until I saw this one. I am very picky and I am happy with the way this fountain looks from the front and with the grass added it looks great from the sides also. The water makes a nice sound and the pump is adjustable for slower or quicker flows. It plugs into one outlet for the pump and the lights. The light cord is pretty far in the fountain so when connected the lights run all the time for it would be a lot of work to connect and disconnect them after you set up the fountain. The fountain looks great at night with the lights and the water flowing, its very peaceful. Overall I am happy with the purchase and would recommend this to you if your looking for a real looking rock fountain and you can stomach the price. The assembly was not to hard connect the pump to the pump line and the light and pump to the charger...the directions are not that good so just take everything out and basically you'll see what fits into what...It wasn't that hard. Well I was looking for a fountain with the closest rock texture to my pond. I had to paint it to match and plan to hook it into my filtration system then use the factory design. Presently not hooked up yet. Of all the fountains this one is really cost a lot more tha the other. Why? Any way it’s coming along. Well made and packed ... show more

It looks great, both when operating and when water is not running. The material shows quality construction and it really does look like rock without the weight of real rock. Amazon "lost" this order during shipping, which was not the fault of the vendor. Fortunately, I did finally receive the product, though days late. Overall I am well pleased with my purchase. The assembly directions seem like a bad machine translation from Chinese but setting up the waterfall was not difficult to figure out even though the directions were not very helpful. ... show more

The appearance of the waterfall is very realistic and is exactly what we were looking for; the only down side is that both the fountain and the lights are connected with one cord so you have to have the lights on all day while the fountain is running.

I was disappointed when I received it today , as the assembly instructions are very vague and it was missing a rubber plug and a grommet. When paying close to $500 you would think it would be complete and easy to assemble.

    • Not worth it, leaks
Not worth the price. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the product. This fountain was badly designed. It continuously leaked through the back where the pump goes in. I had to fix it myself with silicone, I shouldn't have to fix it myself for this price.

    • Don't bother!
While this fountain has the size and looks I wanted, it leaks like crazy. We no sooner fix a leak than a new one pops up. Find another fountain, this one is a dud.

received this fountain, was thrilled it was so pretty. problem it doesn't hold water. leaked all the water out. Do you have a solution for that.For that kind of money, expected better quality.
