We unboxed the fountain and we were very pleasantly surprised at how pretty the fountain is! We got it all set up, no issues there! Easy set up, good instructions. Just had to make a couple connections. 1st the lights, there is a port that you have to pull out of the back of the fountain and connect the plug to it. Then there is one tube that is loose that gets connected to the pump. Set the pump in the bottom of the back reservoir. (Tip: set the flow speed to the lowest setting, it's plenty fast enough) Then fill the reservoir and the bottom bowl on the front side. (You should fill to about 1.5 inches from the top of the bottom bowl) We turned it on and viola! Worked right away, and perfectly! We ran into one issue there was apparently a small crack in the bottom and it leaked. We contacted the company via email and they asked us to check all the connections and tubes. I did and took pictures of the water coming from underneath. They shipped a new fountain right away and didnt want the other one back. Great customer care! We are thrilled with the replacement, got it unboxed and fully running within the hour of it arriving. What a great addition to our little outdoor space!

Gorgeous, I will be (Painting moss on the rocks to add more real look) sound of the water is strong and southing. Sturdy, beautiful and a great price! My dog loves drinking the water out of this. Perfect for functional design piece that draws you in.

Sounds hollowish, like water filling a plastic jug. I added a lot of rocks to the tiers to diminish that sound. I'm going to keep it, because it's attractive and I've made it sound better, but not quite what I hoped it would be.

I recently ordered several new fountains to replace some older pieces we had indoors, this being one of the pricier choices. The fountain arrived today, well packaged, and it is beautiful but I wish it didn’t splash so much water out; especially on the bottom tiers. I attempted to use river rock to block the splashing, but to little avail. I wanted to use indoors but that’d be unwise without a tray of some sort. Will keep to display outside, but honestly disappointed about the splashing; will likely need to be refilled every few days. Will follow up with a subsequent review later…

Bought as a gift for my mother. Very nice aesthetic, and the fountain sound is great. My parents both love the ambiance provided by the fountain in they deck. Holding up well outside so far, after several months.
