The media could not be loaded. Super cute fountain! We like it. However, completely filled or too much water in the base reservoir will cause the last jar in the waterfall to “splash” out and we have to add water everyday. We thought it was leaking, but it was just the splashing. The unit does not come with a charger for the solar panel, so you have to buy it separately. ... show more

I had a problem with the pump but a new one worked . It was easy to put together and it looks like real bricks and makes my patio nice to sit and listen to the water falls. Very relaxing.
