The brace is comfortable. Soon as put it on i felt the sport, especially after adjusting the support straps, making it tighter or looser. Went bowling, first time in years. I only decided to agree to "try" to bowl (at nephew's b-day party) because my lower back felt pretty good, being that I was wearing the back brace. I was able to bowl a whole game. Didn't do to bad, being it's been years since I bowled. I definitely would not had been able to bowl one frame never mind a whole game with out wearing this back brace. Though, because of the good support, I kind of over done it by bowling and I only learned that the next morning...my lower back was definitely feeling it. Of course that was a bad choice on my part to bowl in the first place knowing that I have lower back problems. I really had fun bowling with friends and family. The back brace made it possible to join that party. So I say the pain (not from back brace, but from bowling) I woke up to was worth it. :O)

So, I have horrible posture after being addicted to PC gaming and working from home for the last 15-20 years. Well, since then some things have been changing and my health is a priority. My back pain is always at a constant 5-6 so its become time to put the ol' brace back on. UNfortunately, this is only effective for correcting posture if you have it extremely tight. Which might be a plus for some people looking to tuck in unwanted belly fat, but for me, a 140lb six foot tall human, this has to be on so tight to correct my posture it squeezes my bladder! The reason for this is the materials used inside this brace are too flexible to actually do anything. At all. Avoid.

This is a comfortable back support at a great price. Has support bars in the back, and easy to put on. Seems true to size, as size M fits my wife perfectly while I should size up to L. With serious back pain you might want something more elaborate, but for support around the house this seems to work very well for us.

This back support belt gives me extra support while working around the house. I like that it is adjustable, and it is comfortable. It seems to help with pain by cutting down on pressure and giving me a little of extra support when I am on my feet. Overall, it’s a good value, and is helping so far.
