I've had consistently excellent results using SUNLU filament, and it has become one of my go-to brands for everyday and professional prints. Right out of the box, the filament is well-spooled, clean, and free of tangles, which immediately inspires confidence before a print even starts. In terms of print quality, SUNLU filament delivers smooth, reliable extrusion with very consistent diameter throughout the spool. This consistency translates directly into clean layer lines, strong layer adhesion, and a noticeably smooth surface finish on completed prints. I’ve experienced minimal stringing and very few failed prints, even on longer or more detailed jobs. Another standout aspect is how forgiving the filament is across a range of temperatures. It prints predictably and adheres well to the build plate without excessive warping, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced users. Color quality is also impressive—vibrant, even, and true to what’s advertised, with a professional-looking finish every time. Overall, SUNLU filament offers an excellent balance of quality, reliability, and value. Whether printing functional parts, decorative items, or prototypes, it consistently produces dependable results. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for filament they can trust print after print.

Love this filament ! Bought to 3D print vases to go with my book page roses I make and have made 2 now with this filament. Smaller rolls than I'd hoped size wise but the quality has been perfect. Hasn't clogged the nozzle and adheres nicely to our bed. Pretty colors I'm glad it is a pack of multiple color gradients.

Love this silver Silk PLA. Great for when I print aesthetic compatible parts for nerf and x-shot blasters. However, unfortunately no two spools of the same product are the same. When the spool ran out mid print, replaced with the same product, and the print was continued, the shade on the print had a noticeable line where the shading of the PLA shifted on the item. I think this is a fairly common issue across filament manufacturers and I could imagine it being even more difficult with these silky and shiny filaments, so this is not necessarily a bad on SUNLU, however, if they could find a way to fix this issue, that would be amazing! This is the reason I put four stars. Still a great filament, however, shades could be more consistent across multiple products. Furthermore, as one who reuses empty spoons for various other filaments, this is one of the main reasons I continue to choose Sunlu. There Filament reusable spools are more akin to the Bambu Reusable spools. Snapping apart and snapping back together, easily fitting around refills.
