The media could not be loaded. Every person, every single one, who walks out on our patio comments on how great this fountain looks. There were a couple of things we did: * It appeared to be missing a part listed in the instructions but it was actually already installed on the pump. So look again if you’re in the same spot. * The water flow was very very loud and there are only 2 settings - high and low. After researching on the internet we found we could buy a very inexpensive ball valve that could actually restrict the water-flow significantly without putting a strain on the pump. * We raised the fountain up about 8” by placing it on several 18” square x 2” tall cement blocks. They can easily be painted kind of camo color so they match the fountain. When stacking the blocks, stagger them for a more natural look. * The fountain is very light weight. Two ‘oldies’ lifted and installed it just fine. It also has to be leveled, done easily with shims. * I wanted a particular look for the plants for the top of the fountain but the receptacle is very very small inside. I knew I’d never adequately describe it so I took it off & took it to my fav nursery. She looked at and said “you’ve got to be kidding” then helped me find the perfect plants. I used a Graceful Grasses Ogon for height and a Creeping Jenny for flow. Just remember this does not get water from the pump so you have to water it. The look is P-E-R-F-E-C-T. So why with so many ‘issues’ am I rating it 5-stars? That’s how really great it turned out. There’s not one single thing I would change.

I didn’t expect to like this fountain. But I did. It’s better looking than the pics on Amazon. It’s sturdier than I expected and the sound is pretty cool. We are going to spice it up with some more rocks and plantings.
