Saw a similar socket tray for $22 for ONE at Harbor Freight. Bought these and don’t regret it. Well, I regret not getting two sets. There is just a LITTLE bit of play in some of the socket holes, perhaps because I’m using regular old thin-wall sockets. I’m guessing if you use these for impacts or other thick sockets they probably fit snug. Magnets are strong. I placed these on top my deep freeze to organize loose sockets and could barely pull them off. Sockets seem to hold well. Only knock I can give them is that the plastic feels like those 1980’s toy caliber plastics. Like, I don’t know that these will survive a drop to the shop floor more than once or twice. But if you’re just throwing them in a chest drawer or in a metal roll cart, they’re fantastic. I’m not cheap but I don’t wanna buy a ‘pro’ version of something for $50 that I can get - 6-pack of for $40. These are gonna be what 99% of home mechanics and DIYers need to get organized and they’re at a fantastic price. Seriously, buy two sets. You’ll find a use for them.

The set holds more sizes than I could ever need, making it incredibly versatile. The strong magnet ensures that my sockets stay securely in place, even during rough handling. I really love this socket organizer. Very close to a 5 star review. The magnets are strong and fit into the drawers I measured fairly perfectly. I also like the green color because it is easy to read. The negative is that there once you place the sockets in their spot by size there is sometimes a little too much space in between, which then they move around a bit when opening the drawer. Not a big deal, but could be designed even more precisely.

These are the first of this style socket holders I’ve tried so I can’t compare to another, but visually all the brands look the same with different color options. I wanted lime green bc I like it & it’s becoming a theme in my garage. I have liners in my drawers & the socket or wrench weight is enough to keep things from moving around so magnets weren’t a priority for me but they do have a decent magnet. Swanlake & olsa were the others that came in lime green but olsa cost for one was about the same as the 6 of these. Swanlake green comes with black but i went with the gray since these were a little cheaper & also had a 3 or 4$ coupon. There is enough room in the socket holders that u can put ur 1/2” drive in the 3/8 tray. If that is a negative, I believe they’re all that way bc I’ve seen comments pointing this out with several brands. I assume The oversized socket holders are to accommodate the storage of impact sockets. I'm very happy with these, the only thing more that I would’ve liked is maybe a larger 1/2 drive tray that was made the same as the 1/4& 3/8 to accommodate shallow & deep. I think olsa has one but can’t justify paying so much more.
