Description

GEARWRENCH 85989 17-piece XL Gear Box Double Box End metric ratcheting wrench set consists of 1 of each 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24 and 25mm XL GearBox™ ratcheting wrenches. Ratcheting box end need as little as 5-degrees to move the fastener as opposed to 30 degrees for standard box end wrenches. The standard box end combined with the long pattern length gives this wrench excellent torque capabilities to break a stubborn, rusted fastener. The ratcheting box end then makes the loosening or tightening of the fastener fast and safe. The box end features improved box end strength from GEARWRENCH's off-corner loading and at the same time, reduces fastener rounding. The double box end ratcheting wrenches are made from the finest chrome vanadium steel for precision long lasting tool life.

If you are looking for some extra long, zero offset, 12pt, ratcheting wrenches, look no more. If you have never used a zero offset wrench before, once you do, you'll never go back. Being able to pull straight and not have to worry about the box end rounding off a fastener is a thing of the past. Add to that the length these have, and you'll have pulling torque for days. I'm not a professional mechanic, but have seen the price of these on the tools trucks, and dropped my jaw. The sizes that come with this are 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 20mm, 21mm, 22mm, 24mm, and 25mm. So stop now and step up your tool game a little bit. Oh yea... They also have a ratcheting end! The thickness is what you expect from a ratcheting wrench, but nice to just use it to finish removing that stubborn bolt. Although this doesn't have the 120 tooth design as the other GearWrench products do, that doesn't bother me all that much but your opinion may differ. Pros: The length!
