I've been using this tuner for about 6 months now and have used all 3 built in tunes and have experimented with parameter changes. I have the 2011 Dodge Charger SE 3.6 Pentastar w/ CAI and PYPES Street Flow Exhaust, and you can feel differences in response and really fine tune the 3 sections of range in the RPM scale and raise or lower WOT shift point, WOT Fuel, WOT Spark adjustments, not to mention the many other parameter settings. 1 issue I do have with this tuner is the WOT shift point 1 for all setting instead of being able to adjust WOT shift points individually for each gear. This is supported for other MOPAR make and model Diablo i3 tuners. From what I gather from a few different forums, It's the Challenger and Charger 3.6 in these mid-years that don't support Individual shift point setting. OTHER THAN THAT I LOVE IT. No specifics in instructions on parameter settings so I went to Dodge and Tuning Forums and learned TONS of info on the parameter adjustments, I suggest to do this !!! ... show more

I purchased this product specifically to disable the MDS system, but it did not work on my 2014 RAM. Obviously, I had to open and try the product to test its functionality, and it simply does not do what it claims. I requested a return, which the seller approved, but once the product was returned, the seller refused to issue a refund, stating that the item had been opened, even though all components were returned complete and in their original packaging. This resulted in a loss of both time and money due to a false refund. Very bad experience with both the product and the seller. I do not recommend it. ... show more

    • Solid performance gains, but the included tunes are a bit underwhelming
I picked this up for my Challenger and overall I’m happy with it, but it’s not perfect. The install process is about as easy as it gets. Just plug it into the OBD2 port, follow the prompts, and you’re up and running. If you’ve never used a tuner before, this is very beginner-friendly. As far as performance, there is a noticeable improvement. The throttle response is better, and the car feels a little more alive, especially during normal driving and mid-range acceleration. It definitely smooths things out and makes the car more fun to drive day-to-day. That said, the included Diablo tune is a bit underwhelming. I was expecting a bigger jump in power, but it feels more like a mild upgrade than a dramatic difference. It’s not bad—it just doesn’t quite live up to the hype if you’re expecting a big transformation. The good news is the device itself is solid and gives you options. You can tweak settings and, from what I understand, it really shines more if you go with a custom tune later on. Build quality is good, and the interface is simple and easy to navigate. Overall, I’d still recommend it—especially if you’re looking for an easy plug-and-play upgrade. Just go in with realistic expectations about the included tune, or plan on upgrading it down the road to really unlock its potential. ... show more

CAME IN JUST A FEW DAYS. INSTRUCTIONS PRETTY STRAIGHT FOWARD. PLUGED INTO MY CAR THEN DOWNLOADED THE UPDATES TURNED OFF MDS THEN ADDED 93 TUNE, TURNED OFF SPEED LIMITER AND TIGHTENED SHIFTS, RAISED THROTTLE RESPONSE. VERY NOTICABLE CHANGE IN PERFORMANCE. HAD A QUESTION FOR TECH, GOT RIGHT IN AND THEN HE CALLED A FEW DAYS LATER TO MAKE SURE IT WORKED. IMPRESSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. READ WHERE DATA STORAGE WILL FILL WITH UPDATES AND UNIT WILL NOLONGER WORK, HOPE THATS NOT THE CASE. WE WILL SEE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TUNER, WILL WAKE YOUR HEMI UP. ... show more

    • Impressive customer service
There are plenty of reviews and videos discussing these tuners. This review instead is about my customer service experience. After a few attempts at installing a tune the unit would not create the back up and load selected tune on my 2013 Challenger SRT8. I called the support line at Holley at around 2:00 pm Pacific on a Wednesday. I was auto placed on hold and notified there were 24 callers ahead of me. Yikes! No problem I'll just wait as I am stuck until there is a solution. The system updated me as to how many callers were still left ahead of me but it only took a few minutes before someone answered. They had to transfer me to the Tune division as they don't provide a direct line at this time. A support person answered right away and I told him the situation. He asked a few questions and said that some of the 2013 and 2014 Challengers have a problem loading and my ECM would need to be sent in to their facility in Florida for modification. He said they would modify the same day and return at no charge. Nice! So I pulled the ECM boxed it up and took it to USPS that same day (Wednesday). I sent it Priority Mail 2 day air (I'm in the Seattle area). They received it on Friday, repaired it and sent it back that afternoon via UPS next day air. I received the ECM on Saturday around noon and reinstalled it. The Diablo Tune installed as expected and all is good. Other than my shipping expense Holly / Diablosport took care of the rest. To me this is impressive customer service and is sadly becoming rare in my experience. Kudos to Holley and Diablosport for this great service. ... show more
