For the price I thought it was a good deal. These panels are ok. More flimsy than my Renogy 320w panels but that’s perhaps because of the size difference. Not a big deal once mounted either way. My issue is the higher amps preventing me from parallel set up. For my equipment I can only do series. If I bought a new charge controller I’d require for parallel. All that aside, I’d buy again. They came expertly packaged which is not true about the other panels I’ve bought. They did come in a freight truck on a custom pallet well secured and covered.

I am very surprised and satisfy with the perform of the 500W solar panel model. Even in the fall sun (October 1st), I am able to get up to peak power of 3.89 kW with 9 x 500W panels generating total of 17.74 KWh for the day. This is my first home solar system. My experiences: 1) Efficiency = 3.89 / ( 9 x 500W panels) = 3.89 / 4.5 kW = 84.4% 2) Peak power generation occurs between 9 to 1 PM. Even with direct sunlight after 1pm, wattage drops sharply. 3) Use Open Circuit Voltage (not Maximum Power Voltage) to calculate maximum solar panel allowed. For example, EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra high voltage input support maximum of 450 volts which means only 10 panels are allowed ( 44.36V x 10 = 443.6V). EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra inventor will disconnect PV input if 11 panels are connected (11 panels x 37.6V max power voltage = 413.6V). Overall experience: - Excellent quality (Solid frame) - Easy to install - UL certified - All 14 panels were delivered in perfect condition Few things to be aware: - Delivery requires in-person signature - Delivery came on a 50ft FedEx truck

My 450 Watt Sungold panels arrived on time and even delivery was helpful calling to schedule a time I would be available. The panels seriously out perform others I purchased a few years ago with similar #s. They've held up to some serious storms, freezing, ice, heat with no issues functioning better than expected. Took about 5 minutes to set up. They're heavy enough to stand up to intense conditions and light enough to put on the roof. The connections are straight forward and easy for anyone to wire. I will be getting more of these when I expand battery capacity!

I wanted to take a second and write a review for these sungoldpower solar panels. We live off grid and power our home with solar only. This has proven problematic at times, however these panels accompanied with our sungoldpower inverter charge controller (not a paid promoter🤣) has shown to be a big increase in our overall power. I am so happy with my purchase and would definitely promote sungold for their power and knowledge of thr solar industry....sooooo pick these up....unless there's only ONE left then....LEAVE IT! Because I hate when they're out of stock 😅 Seriously great setup 👌👍🤘

These panels function for my desert set-up, starting with the two to add more later. The holes were pre-drilled for placement in the vertical direction, but not on the other side. I had to drill my own holes to make this work for my framing. The panels are all working well, so I ordered the 14 pack for a total of 16 panels. The larger number package is the best way to go about it for best cost per panel. They were delivered without any damage.
