These headphones are great, They have great and clear sound and good deep bass. they are comfortable to wear, They fold up nice and small (for you traveling gamers), with a nice carry bag. It has a USB C adapter, so it will work on many devices. The only problems I have had all come back to user error, To cover a few just so you do not have to make the same mistakes, To start with I could not get sound in or out, I just assumed that it was something to do with the set up in windows, NO! for the sound it has a volume dial on the side it was turned down, when I found this dial I found next to it is a mic mute switch, that I turned off, thinking this would fix the mic problem, NO, more user error, the mic is removable, the mic jack has a slot in it, it will only fully plug in one way, after fixing the user error this has fantastic sound both in and out. This is well worth the money.

These headphones include a pretty nice drawstring pouch to keep them protected from things like dust while they’re inside. They fit into the pouch easily enough. These plug in via their attached USB-A cord, and they include an adapter for plugging them into USB-C slots as well. Since the adapter is so small and easily misplacable, it has a little clasp and loop to latch onto something of your choice, similar to a keychain. Unfortunately, I’ve found no way to plug the headphones into my iPad, which makes me sad, since I would have really loved to be able to use them to listen to music there. The cord is nice and long, and it feels completely solid. It’s easy to manipulate into a convenient position and doesn’t easily tangle. I’d much rather have to manage a nice cord like this than to have Bluetooth penetrating my skull. I love how easy and convenient it is to pop the mic in an out, and it bends into and holds whatever position you pick, so it’s easy to adjust and use. When I don’t need a mic, I like that I don’t have to have it in my face and can simply remove it. Materially, these headphones feel pretty good. I’m not a big fan of the faux leather, which I know always eventually begins to grossly peel and flake, but it’s pretty much how all headphones of this type are, so what am I gonna do about it? Personally, I’d rather they used some natural fiber instead, like hemp, as a cover that you could remove and launder. I’d be less worried about the weird chemicals that way too, since I’m not fond of faux materials contacting my skin, especially at length. I love that the R and L indications on the headphones are clearly marked and easily visible. I was recently complaining about how hard it was to find the hidden labels on my last pair, so this is refreshing and much appreciated. I’m not a huge fan of the seemingly somewhat flimsy wires that hold the earphone pieces themselves to the head band. They’re also how you adjust the fit, meaning these don’t feel great to adjust, as though you might break them if you’re not careful. I have a very small, female head, and these fit well closed pretty far shut, but they could even accommodate heads slightly smaller than mine, since I don’t even have to squish them all the way down, which is what I usually have to do. They’re comfortable and cushioned all around, and they don’t pull my hair. I love that they can be folded inward in an almost collapsible fashion so that they fit compactly within their included pouch. I really love that there aren’t a ton of buttons to fuss with. There’s just an on/off switch and one volume dial. The both work perfectly with little hassle. The mic has given me no issues, and all of my friends have been able to hear me just fine when multiplayer gaming. I can also hear them well while also hearing a proper balance of in-game sound. The colorful lights on the outside do look very pretty, but they weren’t a reason I decided to order these. Regardless, they’re bright and interesting. Overall, these headphones have a few pretty standard drawbacks from the point of view of someone like me, but I still love how nicely they’re working out, and I appreciate some of their features that make them more user-friendly than others I’ve had over the past several years.

I am using this headset in my home office, but I think it would be great for gaming! The earpieces cover my ears completely. This both blocks out extra noise and is a lot more comfortable than my previous headset. I was also impressed at the directionality of sounds. When I play a video, I can distinguish sounds from left and right. Other sounds such as notifications sound like they originated from the middle of my head, which was quite an odd sensation at first. The removable microphone is nice. Since I only have a few meetings each week, I can leave it off most of the time. All in all, I would highly recommend this headset for comfort, sound quality, and sound directionality. The lights on the sides are cool too!

It's hard to justify expensive headsets when you can get good ones in this price range. The ES09 is a solid performer that has good, loud audio that's clear and a microphone that works pretty well. There's a volume control on the headset that's separate from your computer audio. The RGB is nice, though only has 1 setting by default. The headset itself also looks nice and the earcup adjustments are just sliding it up and down the metal wire. The one issue that it has for me, which might be a benefit for some, is that it's a non-clamping headset. This can make it a little loose if you make non-slow head movements and I don't like it to not be secured to my ears. I also don't like headsets that are too tight, so finding the right balance for everyone isn't an easy thing to do. It is still a good performer for the price though from all of the other technical standpoints and the value. Especially if you'd rather have the built-in inline over having to download yet another software hub.
