First hammock we received went together great until the last piece we tried to put on which was the crossbar that has the hook for the hammock. The holes were off on the leg of the hammock and I could not get them to line up no matter what I tried. Contacted customer service and was amazed at their speedy response. Replacement arrived quickly and went together within minutes with no issues at all. It has been a big hit with everyone who has tried it. From the youngest kids to the tallest (up to 6'2"), everyone has enjoyed it! It has even held several people at a time with the largest estimated combined weight at just over 400 pounds. Very happy with the quality, sturdiness and comfort. It is also very rare these days to find such amazing customer service. I would not purchase from anyone else!

If you are looking for comfort, this is it. It is very sturdy and holds two adults with no problem. Be prepared to fall asleep fast.

Pros: Easy to assemble, sturdier base than most, actually holds 2 people, comfortable to lay in (I almost fell asleep one evening), love that it comes with a built in pillow. Con: The material part of the hammock is heavy and I am very small. Be prepared to be able to pick it up and move it to storage regularly if you do not want your hammock sun-bleached or rained on. Overall: Great product, worth the price. Now I just need a good method to keep the mosquitoes away!

Hammocks are our happy place. My dogs and I have spent loads of time between the trees in the backyard, but the mosquitos and lack of light makes us return indoors earlier than we’d like. So, we started looking into hammocks with stands and decided to give this one a shot. It was packaged well with each metal part individually wrapped. It was intuitive to assemble and only took about 5-10 minutes to set up. Its comfortable and I like the ease of adjustment to get the hammock at the perfect height. It’s sturdy enough for me and both of my dogs. So happy we decided on this one, as we are now hammocking away into the night from the comforts of our screened in patio.

Difficulty with getting on it, not recommended for elderly, have given mine to a younger friend, my dog and I kept falling out of it, when we landed right it was uncomfortable and hard to get head up to the pillow. I ended up giving it to a younger family, I really didn't want to crack my head...lol I wanted to try. Materials well done, in our area is a lot of wind, so you can't leave it up in the wind. Very easy to assemble and take the bed part off and on.

Hammock is stabile and not easily flipped. Instructions are useless better to use picture from Amazon to assist in assembly.
