What a difference these light bulbs make in illuminating my backyard. I just expanded my backyard to 3 times the original size and the existing lights didn’t work as well. Plus the existing lights were high wattage bulbs that I’ve replaced several times in just a few years. These bulbs Illuminate more than 100 feet using 85% less electricity. My dog isn’t happy as now I can see him when he tries to sneak through the fence. These lights are extremely bright and have gotten the attention of some of the neighbors, but I’m in a very rural area and they’re great for security. Haven’t had them long enough to be able to measure the longevity, but they’re very cool running and are a great product.

Gives off a lot of light but it's more of a cold color brightness than the warm, typically found in lighting. It's going to take some time to get used to. I don't know about it's longevity as I just installed them so time will tell. Coverage is about the same as my 35 year old spots held but I'm sure they're going to be a whole lot more economical and energy efficient than the others were! ... show more
