    • Hit and miss. Good price.
Its is priced well and looks great. But the instructions are bad and the doors do not work well. This took me and my husband 3 hours and some change to put together. The instructions are not clear at all and due to that we had to take it apart 4 times. We had to force the front doors closed and can't use them. If you open it they have a hard time closing since the screws block the door from closing die to the weight of the wood. I wish the product was more thought through when being made and the instructions were more detailed. It sucks that we have to hold the wood up to get the space needed for doors to close and lock. It is great for the price but you will have to find ways to fix it. ... show more

    • Bulky, little warped, but OK
The box looked as if it was opened and resealed so I made sure to check for all the parts and look for any damage because new items on here are not always new. No major problems and only small chips and scratches to be expected for the price and glued sawdust with sticky paper. Several "boards" were a little warped and a few of the metal pieces were also bent so it was a little challenge getting the pieces to fit together. Tip: do not tighten almost any of the exterior screws all the way so can try to get it all to fit and then slowly go around and tighten until it is as flush as can be expected. The media could not be loaded. It's size is larger than expected but we like the space associated. It holds all of the doge items and our catch all right outside from the front door.

It’s not easy to assemble. The box arrived all beat up and open . It was missing piecesand had some of the same parts so I couldn’t put it together. Worst part about it.. is that all the pieces are sitting in my garage because I couldn’t find another box to ship it back. So I’m now I’m just out of money. I would not recommend. ... show more

The cage was easy to put together it took me about 45mins … it’s more like a piece of furniture rather than a dog cage! I absolutely love it… it’s modern and blends in with the furniture rather than having a cage in the living room! It’s nice quality and very sturdy especially for the price it’s extremely affordable!! My only complaint would be when putting it together I noticed to extra holes in the top layer of wood where the screws go so next to the screw there’s a random whole looks like a mistake that was made during production and I probably ended up with a defected one! But for price and quality it’s the least of my worries!! ... show more

    • not excellent thin metal that broke during assembly and was not practical
The product is usable but parts broke while assembling. I wanted to return it but I would have to disassemble and pay for shipping. It weighs 75 lb . It is not worth it. I will try to sell it locally and get some money back.
