This will make a very nice saw for box corners and dovetails. It cuts hardwood easily. The blade isn't flexible and it has a support opposite the blade for thickness, so not the best for cut-offs on a flat surface. It is perfect for what its' made for though. Nice product.

I am using this for delicate cuts on western red cedar. It zips right through. There is a soft wood side and a hardwood side. I have only used the soft wood side. My only complaint is the binds on bias cuts. Need to pick it off the wood to reposition instead of just sliding it forward.

It's been great for learning to cut dovetails and has cut nicely through hardwoods like poplar and mahogany.
