When I received the 4in gel memory mattress topper with bamboo cover - I knew I was getting what I paid for. The high density allows for more pressure point relief, and I enjoy a more plush feel like sinking into a bean-bag, while I found this mattress topper was firm and slowly my back and butt would sink in but not very much. The bamboo cover is extremely soft, although you won’t feel it under cheap sheets. The straps give it a premium look and feel, and prevented it from shifting around (which happens occasionally since I unstrapped them). This topper also has a high longevity of 8-10 years on average. This is related the density of the foam. I have learned a lot about mattresses in my time with this mattress topper, and have had an excellent experience with subtrex company! The customer service at SUBRTEX went above and beyond my expectations! They had quick contact towards my questions and on product and were professional and polite in our business conversations while coordinating plans. I’m glad I made this purchase and had no doubts that this company provides a product that meets its specifications and description.

Great product! Just spent my first night on it and all I can say is my body is much happier. I put this on top of my existing pillow top, "firm" mattress. I guess I can't handle firm anymore as I would wake up stiff/sore and I could tell the pressure spots on my body. Anyway, after the first night I woke up with zero pain. No tossing and turning from pressure points, no stiffness after sleeping. Well worth it. Like some have said, The topper does have a chemical smell, kinda reminds me of a permanent marker/dry erase marker. Im sure it would go away faster if you let it sit and air out a day but, I didn't want to wait. It fluffed right up out of the packaging. You cans see in the photo, I took that 30 min after I put it on the bed.

Ok so for the most part I always expect a bed topper to smell when I first get them. I wait a few days before placing in same room and on my mattress. This one still smells even after a week of being opened. I wish it didn't smell which makes me want to take it off my bed daily. I'm sensitive to smells so this doesn't make me too happy. On the other side it is comfortable. Soft and seems like it is preventing new skin breakdown on my body. I'm still not sure about the cooling feature they say this one has. I sleep extremely hot so this doesn't seem any cooler to me than the mattress by it self. It has helped over all so I would purchase again. Because before I got this I was noticing sore spots from my mattress and turning on my side was just painful. Note I am able to lay on my bed feeling like I'm on a soft cloud and it has helped the pain a little. I can once again sleep on my side or how ever I wish too. I was very surprised with everything going on that it came very quickly. Thank-You Gave it four stars because I really wanted a cooler mattress topper and this still has me sleeping warm. On a note. I was bed surfing with this mattress. Oh that isn't funny. The mattress wouldn't stay on the bed at all by morning me and the topper were almost on the bed for weeks. My care prover was worried about the major movement of the topper off of the bed so she purchased a mattress protector that was a zipped one around the whole mattress. We put both into the mattress cover and fixed my bed surfing. This is a couple years now and I still like this topper and have fixed the mattress topper from moving off of my regular mattress. their both in the zippered mattress cover. Yes they both fit. Make sure you get a good quality of mattress protector that is up to 18" of stretch for the sides etc. Hope this helps those of you who have had topper go off of the bed., Take Care M

I have no space where my L5 is in my spine. My husband likes a hard bed but it hurts my back & I have to use lots of pillows to be somewhat comfortable to sleep. Last December I stayed with a relative who had a good memory foam mattress topper that didn’t give me back pain. So I’ve been researching and researching to find one like my cousins. I came across this Subrtrex Memory Foam Mattress and read the reviews. I originally was going to purchase the 3” but decided to get the 4” instead. I am sooo glad I bought this!!! It arrived fairly quickly and was easy to open and roll out. I left it on my loft floor to expand as instructed and within 24 hours it was completely full! Granted when you first open it, it smells horrible! BUT! The smell went away after expanding! The straps on the cover help keep it in place and the fact the cover is washable is a BIG bonus! I haven’t woken up with back pain since using this!!! I highly recommend this Subrtrex Memory Foam mattress!!!

It is soft and very comfortable, however it’s caving in on the side you use the most. No durability it’s been only a month and I can tell it will not last very long. I guess it lost it’s memory.

I was really unsure if this would help my back and my severe hip pain which was the main reason for it. BUT to my surprise it helped everything. No more hip pain at all on my pressure points, i sleep better all the way around - no more tossing and turning all night, my back isnt hurting as bad in the morning. I have major back problems so im Sure this couldnt fix it but it really helped it. I sleep pretty much the whole night now. Cooling wise - i dont really feel it but its not hot either. I have a king mattress and bought the 4 inch twin for my side of the bed. im so happy i went with that one. This has totally been a life saver for me. Im a heavier person - so i would recommend the 4 inch for complete comfort and a good nights sleep.
