I ordered this when I was in pain and as I waited on the pad my pain grew. My old mattress was reaping havoc on my body. Yesterday the left side of my neck hurt so bad and my right hip hurt and I could hardly walk. The mattress pad arrived 2 weeks early to my delight! I was desperate! I laid it out to get the folds and creases out from packaging (very well packaged I might add) and after an hour the pad was laying flat and smooth so I put it on my bed without allowing it to air out (as it did not have a packaging odor)... and even if it did I needed relief from these kinks and aches! I put it on my bed last night and the mattress is so luxuriously soft but firm its really supportive! And I slept so soundly and I don't think I moved I just slept like a baby! When I woke up and got out of bed I was stunned and over joyed... my neck and hip didn't hurt at all! I woke up 4 hours ago and the aches and pains are still gone! RELIEF AT LONG LAST! I highly recommend this product! Oh why didn't I get it a year ago!

The first one I received didn't expand on the ends. I contacted customer service and they sent a new one right away that did expand all the way in like 2 hours! Great service. Mattress topper is great! I'd buy again

I ordered this mattress topper because of the gel infused memory foam. I really wanted to improve the current mattress I was using, without breaking the bank. The mattress arrived in a vacuum sealed type of bag. After airing the mattress as directed, I was able to put the mattress to use. I am writing this after sleeping on it for over a week. I can feel a huge difference between the original mattress I was using and the addition of this mattress topper. It's not too firm, and not too soft, it's right in between. Very durable and high quality feel. The elastic corner straps are very strong and thick. They are adjustable and helps keep the topper from sliding or moving. I suggest loosening the straps first, then once you have the topper in place, add tension to the straps to secure. Overall, I highly suggest this mattress topper.

I ordered 2 of these for my sons’ Christmas presents, but after 72 hours, they did not expand fully. We decided to wait a week, put them in a warm room, walk/sit/roll on them to knead the foam. No luck. I messaged the company, bracing for a fight between them and Amazon, but to my delightful surprise, they immediately responded and sent replacement memory foam. When it arrived, it expanded to full size within 90 minutes. I was able to get them on my kids’ beds that night and both boys say they are very comfortable! I’m now reaching out to animal rescue groups to find a use for the old memory foam that never quite inflated.

I originally purchased one of these for my full size bed as I was waking up with sore shoulders and hips as I am a side sleeper. This made my bed much softer and I no longer wake up sore I wake up very rested. my son made me buy one for him for his twin bed and he is very happy with it. I love the fact that you can unzip the outer cover and wash it. The old blue style foam you could never get it clean and after awhile it started to lose shape. I'm very pleased with this as I was at the point where I was going to spend a lot of money getting a new bed oh, and my bed that I have now is only two years old and it is not a cheap one. I highly recommend this

We ordered two of these for our grandchildren but after MORE than a week, they have yet to fill out, making them unusable. We opened them up and spread them out on the beds as directed...no joy. Amended: After more than a MONTH one is still unusable while the other is still flat on one edge. Amazon says to return in original package for a refund, however, there is NO WAY this can fit in the original package. Don't buy. They squeeze it so flat to ship that sometimes, it doesn't fill out.

I bought it more than a year ago and now I want to exchange it for a king size bed. The price is very good. It's very good quality and hasn't deformed. This mattress deserves a good review, I just remembered.

I got this for my daughter at school - her apartment comes furnished, and the mattress is junk. She was having all kinds of neck and back pain, but with this mattress topper, the pain is gone and she's sleeping much better. My brother has the same one in a full size that he uses on the pull-out couch bed, which is why I chose this particular product. I already knew it was going to be a good choice.
