Worked great to press image onto my tumblers but it wouldn’t rotate…I had to quickly rotate it by hand…I’ve tried several cups and none were rotating…I contacted the seller and they said the original green one I bought was sometimes having power issues, so they sent me a new updated purple one that didn’t have the power issues…I hooked it up and it works perfect! Rotates on its own just like it’s supposed to! I was just going to go with it the way it was but I am so glad I contacted the seller! They were awesome to work with and sent me a new one right away…I had it a few days later!

We purchased this on April 27, 2024 and since then our tumblers have come out messed up. We've tried everything to make sure that the tumbler wrap was sealed tight, but it still came out ghosted on the top and bottom. We've waited so many tumbler trying to use this tumbler press and waisted our money on the press it self as well. Not very happy.

The media could not be loaded. I am so happy I purchased this press. It's a press I never knew I needed until I bought it and used it. The auto rotating and opening feature really is a life saver for me, because I sometimes get so entertained doing g something else when I'm waiting for my tumbler to be done that I forget if I turned it 😅 (yes I'm old so i honestly forget lol) or I just take too long taking it out and it burns 😩 but with this press I don't have to worry! All I did was read the manual, plugged it in and went to work. So easy and user friendly, the only thing I'm disappointed about is that I didn't buy it sooner lol Do not hesitate, you'll love it! Also, the color is a plus!

Why does it give ghosting at the bottom? I have taped tight, not at all, and still the same. I even tried to lift the tumbler up so it definitely has a snug fit at the bottom. But still ghosting.

Although I did find some YouTube videos that really didn’t care for this press I ordered it anyway. I am thrilled that I did. Wow, what a work horse! Great results on 20 ounce tumblers from day one. Highly recommend this unit. Just be sure you are taping everything down as tight as you can get it (to and bottom also) and you won’t be disappointed with your purchase.
