I am impressed with this Sublifun tumbler press. It arrived nicely packaged. The directions were easy to follow, and the setup was a breeze! I was originally going to purchase another brand; however, it was going to be delivered a day later than I needed. For this reason, I gave it 4 stars for value because the competitor brand was significantly cheaper and included gloves, a mat, and heat-resistant tape. Also, if you are sensitive to smells this heat press does have an off-putting smell. I do hope that over time it will dissipate.

I had to buy this twice because my first one didn’t work right. The heating element would not stay at the temperature set. I have emailed Sublifun for instructions on how to return at least 5 times all about a month in between each email and no one responds to help. It’s impossible to find their return address online. The Sublifun company does not appear to honor the quality of their own product.

I absolutely loved my press. Until I started getting Christmas orders that had to get out the door and now it’s leaving a strip in every single cup that it’s not heating and leaving blank on every cup. I’m so devastated because it’s not even 6 months old and I haven’t even pressed 50 cups with it yet. I don’t have another way to get orders done as I sold my stove once I bought this press. I’m disappointed in su CB an expensive press having issues after such a short period of time.
