Ordered the 12 inch king size hybrid mattress for $270. I was somewhat skeptical of what I'd be getting at that low price, but the reviews were good and I wanted a hybrid, so I gave it a shot. I have to say that this mattress far exceeds my initial expectations. It has the look and feel of quality, and is very comfortable while providing good support. The mattress expanded to just under 12 inches in a matter of hours, no smell whatsoever out of the package. My wife and I have slept great on it for several nights.     • Comfortable sleep with chronic pain

I’m primarily a side-sleeper and this mattress has been surprisingly comfortable with my hip/knee pain and sciatic nerve pain. I definitely don’t wake up in more pain like I used to with a memory foam mattress. My joints are less stiff in the morning and I sleep through the night much better! I have arthritis and fibromyalgia so getting good sleep is very difficult but this mattress has improved my quality of sleep drastically. After about a month of sleeping on the mattress, I would absolutely recommend it to people who need more support while sleeping. Note: I’m almost 6ft tall, female, and around 200 lbs and the mattress has depressed ever so slightly, not visually, I can just feel it around my hips. I have the 10 inch mattress which may impact this and I’ll be rotating the mattress regularly to mitigate it. This mattress is supportive and comfortable but I would not necessarily recommend it for couples or adults who share a bed regularly (maybe the king size would be fine) — if you wake easily and the person you sleep next to tosses and turns a lot, you can feel every movement of the person next you. My last mattress was only memory foam so it’s been an adjustment because there is a level of bounce to it due to the springs, but it’s much more supportive. ... show more

    • Necessary upgrade!
Let me start this by saying my husband and I have only been sleeping on this mattress for 4 nights but we LOVE IT! We had a memory foam mattress but he’s a bigger guy (6’5, 270 lbs) and I’m not small either (5’11, 180 lbs) so the memory foam sunk in way too much. It felt like we were sleeping in a hole. We are both side sleepers so my research told me we needed a hybrid mattress that’s on the firmer side. I got it opened myself, it comes vacuum sealed, but includes a little cheap letter opener. The tips of mine broke when I started opening the plastic but it still worked. It doesn’t take long to fully inflate, it seemed almost instant as soon as I got the packaging fully opened. Probably because there are springs. So we slept on it probably 8 hours after I got it opened. No problems or smells (yay!). It took 2 of us to get it properly positioned on our box springs (we have the cal king). Now, I won’t lie, it seemed VERY firm at first. Like, it was a little off putting. But we woke up the next morning and it was the first time in YEARS that we weren’t complaining of back and hip pain. I slept so well, I was snoring lol. So all that to say, if you are a bigger person (or couple) and need something that will hold your weight without sinking in too much, this is it! But like I said, it’s only been 4 days so if my opinion changes, I’ll update! ... show more
