The design of the boot ONLY protects the toe. It's like the took a plain mesh shoe and added a sole and steel tip, which probably only coversthe tip of the toe. As you see in the picture, I'm holding it completely folded with one hand, and they're still unworn. Can't even fold a sneaker with one hand. This will be getting sent back, and if you value the rest of your foot... I'd advise you not to buy these! These are more qualified as like... a high top, steel-toe, heavy duty water shoe. ... show more

I have bought this shoe 4 times now. Twice for myself and a pair each for my kids just starting to work. Very comfortable, true to size fit, it is a bit heavy but once you’ve worn them a few days your body adjust to that. Great support.
