Feels nice in the hand. Works well for most applications. Has some issues with dragging windows from the corner of screen. I have to use my finger on my iPad to close a window. Otherwise I am very happy with the quality. Battery life Is great and the replacement tips are nice to have. I did notice that it turns off randomly but quickly realized it was due to how I hold it. Since the power is located on the top of you accidentally touch the top during use it will power off. Not a deal breaker just be mindful of how you hold it. ... show more

I really like this pencil/stylus. I'd never used one with my iPad and wanted to try a cheaper alternative before investing in the Apple Pencil. Turns out I LOVE using it and this one works just fine--no need to buy the more expensive one. I'm not sure if it's suitable for serious artists or those who are super particular about stylus performance, but works great for basic handwriting and doodles (I couple it with a paperfeel screen protector). I use it for notetaking on the ipad, where I like writing by hand but got tired of having notes scattered in various journals around the house. The nibs do seem to wear down quickly, especially with the paperfeel screen protector, but I found that the pen still works okay even when the metal core begins to poke through. I threw out the first couple nibs after a week or so each time because the pen started skipping and I could see the metal poking through. Eventually after some Googling, I realized the skipping was happening because my screen was too dirty with fingerprints. Now if the pen starts skipping, I clean my screen with lens cleaner, make sure the pen is charged and it goes back to writing fine again. I've been using my last nib for 2 months now and it's been fine, even with the metal poking through. ... show more

I'll definitely still be getting my Apple pencil replacement but: Good: look, feel, quick charge, comes with quite a few extra nibs, the accuracy is good (when the pencil works) Bad: Doesn't work consistently and not at all with Goodnotes. Made sure it was charged, tip was screwed on, turned on, and but the only note taking app and app with consistent performance is Notability.
