I bought this watch about 7 months ago. I noticed that when I woke up in the morning to put it on, the time was several hours off. I have had mechanical watches before, and ususally they remain accurate unless you haven't worn the watch for several days. I went online and submitted a warranty claim (for which they charged me $30). I printed off the return receipt and mailed it via UPS to the given address in Brooklyn. After a week of no updates, I went online to check the delivery status. The address of the "repair facility" in Brooklyn appears to be an abandoned warehouse. You can see in Google Maps there is a "Alexander Watch" company with the same address and the same voice on the voicemail. I called that number, no luck. So basically, I now have wasted $50 (because I also had to pay for UPS shipping) and all I wound up with is the watch back in my possession...still broken. It looks nice and i get compliments, but it is not keeping accurate time, I am going to try to get a refund for a defective product.
