This handbag is very soft! It conforms to your body when it is carried on your shoulder. And, speaking of carrying…the shoulder strap is very short. It works okay when you’re not wearing heavy clothing, but a winter coat would make the strap pretty tight. There is lots of room on the inside with a zippered pocket on one side and two more pockets on the other. It has plenty of room for a wallet, phone, keys, lunch, and other incidentals.
