This is a very well-built, furniture-grade device. But most importantly, it's working for me. I've been suffering from plantar fasciiatus for months, and running out of things to try to remedy it. After a visit to a physical therapist who recommended a slant board as part of the treatment, I purchased this one. So far, after only one week, this thing seems to be working. I'm not out of the woods yet, but for the first time in months, I'm heading in the right direction. This StrongTek Slant Board, is assembled with high-quality components, a very nice smooth finish, and it's infinitely adjustable. This product was recommended by a well known runner's magazine. I found it to be well made, easy to set up, and heavy enough to stay stable on the floor. The grip is strong, so I recommend wearing running shoes etc., as oppose to going bare foot. The slant board didn't come with any instruction on use or exercises routines, but I found several slant board online videos that were most helpful. I'm a veteran of workouts, and sometimes it helps to do a change up. This looked like fun, and it is. Update--- Found a sheet with instructions inside the slant board right after I posted. It does recommend checking out StrongTek's online video for more instructions on exercises, etc. ... show more
