I really like the back support and size of these chairs but after 4 uses they are both broken. A pin that connects the bottom legs and allows it to fold down has bent on both of my chairs and one no longer will fold closed to store in the bag. My wife and I have used these chairs less than a total of 8 hours, very dissatisfying for what was paid

I have now used this chair 4 times and it looks like it will be the last time. Today my daughter was using the chair and the rivers that support the lower leg are broke. Really disappointed that the we were only able to get 4 uses out of this chair. Update: After looking up the chair information and seeing it did have a warranty I contacted the Company, I am pleased with the resolution.

Love the product. Was able to sit in the woods for hours with no lower back pain. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that it came with no carrying strap. I used an old shotgun sling to perfection……5 stars now!

I bought this chair to be able to sit more comfortably beside my dog who has degenerative nerve disease and can no longer get on the couch beside me. My middle-aged+ bones could not stay on the floor long enough to sit beside him comfortably for any length of time, and this is a good solution WITH the addition of my separately purchased lumbar pillow. (He has a 4” memory foam layer under his padded bed, but because he is large, I could not share that. 🙂) I read many reviews, and chose to pay the significant extra cost for the lumbar support, which is just about worthless. The fabric pooches out a bit, but there is NOTHING of substance there. Definitely NO RESISTANCE to support a hunan back. The chair is well made, and sturdy, but if you are buying it because of the lumbar support claim, you will be disappointed. I could have purchased a less expensive chair than $70, if I had known I would need to add my own lumbar support. As a previous review stated, the storage/carrying bag is very cheap - the opening was ripped when I got it, and it ripped more when I was removing the chair. That is not a big deal for my purposes, but it’s odd. There is a lock to make sure the chair does not collapse while being used, and the well-designed feet make it very stable. I am not returning it, but if I did not need a solution now and did not mind the hassle of returning and finding another, I probably would. Bottom line: It is a very well made and sturdy chair - but probably not a “worth $70” chair. And it is somewhere between false advertising and an exaggeration to call it lumbar support. (The pictures showing how it is supposed to be different from regular chairs - THOSE give me pause about the way it is marketed. There is very little difference in this chair and a regular beach chair. (Unless perhaps my chair arrived missing the actual support!)

I love this chair! I do wish it were just a smidgen taller, but I know it's supposed to be a ground hugger so I'm overall very happy with this chair. I can also attest that it holds a good bit of weight and movement, as my 175 lb. Saint Bernard plopped into my lap when a little dog scared him and I was incapacitated with hysterical laughter while my diaphragm was compressed by my big baby of a dog... so, yes, it's sturdy! It's also perfect for my two boys who are a little too big for kids chairs but still too short for the full size chairs, so I will likely be getting more of this size specifically for them. Keeping my husband out if it is also a challenge, everyone seems to love this chair!
