These are the first dip bars I've ever used, but so far so good. Easy to put together, even with a grabby toddler climbing on me and on them the whole time. Came with 2 Allen wrenches so I didn't even have to go to the garage to fetch my own. These came in a large generic box, and within that was their original box which was all beat up and very broken. Fortunately, the product was completely unharmed and all pieces were there. These are very sturdy and heavy, I feel safe doing all my exercises on them so far, but I am very much a beginner, so I can't say how well it would do with some of that advanced upside down stuff...ask me in like 3 years maybe 😅 Also, don't let it fall over on your toe, hurts real bad! Easy to store between workouts, even though I have a very small workout area. The bright yellow is not typically my style, but color doesn't matter to me when I can get quality gear for a bargain price. Seems like they'll last a long time. Size reference, I'm a 5'4" 150lb woman and these are a good height for me. I like that it came with some exercises in the booklet.

I wasn't expecting a lot from these, but they ended up being handy for a number of exercises and are portable and easy to store. For better or worse, they are reasonably lightweight but also relatively sturdy. The rubber grips help prevent sliding.

I've never in my life experienced such terrible assembly instructions. All they give you are pictures. I need actual directions to put something together. Absurd.

The material used in the construction of these bars is top-notch. Assembly was tricky due to the poor instructions included. Not difficult, but not as easy as could have been with better instructions. When assembled, the bars do not feel very sturdy when I do dips with my knees tucked toward my chest. This is even when using the stabilizer bar at narrow and wide settings. If I keep my feet on the ground, the bars feel more stable when doing dips. The included booklet illustrates several exercises that can be done using the bars. Overall these bars are quality and nicely fill a need in my home gym!!

I got this for my son who likes to go to the gym. But because of his schedule he has trouble getting there as much as he would like. This is the perfect item for his at home workouts. It's sturdy and stable and folds up fairly easy when it's not being used. The sponge covers on the top help with keeping a good grip and the rubber feet keep it from shifting during use. Overall This was a good buy.

These are the perfect size for doing dips and under bar pull ups with your body lying flat on the ground. They are extremely sturdy and can hold a great amount of weight. If you wanted to practice some parallel bar work, you can connect these together with an adjoining bar that came with it. It is more secure when held together so you are less likely to fall and hurt yourself. My son loves to do parallette work aka handstands and core work. These tuck away nicely against my wall when I’m not using them. They are fun to work with. I would recommend them.

These parallel bars assemble in minutes, are sturdy to hold my 165-lb. body, can do dips from above or back rows from below easily on them, have good grips on them, the instructions could have been more detailed, and for some reason looking at the yellow bars motivates me to work out on them instead of the boring black.
